Playing status includes white / black player indicator, turn indicator, last move played, last piece played, an indicator for comments on a move, an indicator for additional move variations on a move.
Flexible and easy to use setup board command to set up hypothetical chess positions and then play them. Erase the board or start from the initial game state. Choose pieces to populate the board from a palette of pieces. Set move number, side to move, castling rights, and en passant file.
View squares under attack by white pieces. View squares under attack by black pieces.
Game auto-play. Watch a game progress automatically. Pause the game, then resume and watch the game unfold. You can also use the page up and down buttons for manual walk through of a game.
Blindfold play. Make your pieces or your opponents pieces invisible or ambiguous to test and develop your chess board visualization and memory.
